Two separate bedrooms
Both bedrooms are to the quiet back of the house. They are furnished in a modern way and each have a double bed, bedside table, and a spacious wardrobe.
One bedroom has direct access to the Villa Yaya’s bathroom. The bathroom can of course be accessed by other guests through a second door.
Bright living area, modern and spacious
The Villa Yaya’s living area is bright and modern. It has a large seating area with a sofa, armchair, stool, and coffee table.
From here, guests can watch the flat screen TV in comfort.
The living area also has a large dining table with six chairs.
Very well-equipped kitchen
The living room is just a few steps away from the kitchen, which is very well equipped. A five-flame gas cooker, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, ample dishes and cutlery make cooking a pleasure.
Close to La Playa‘s Beaches
From the Villa Yaya, guests can reach the main beach Playa de Valle Gran Rey in less than a minute by crossing the pedestrian promenade.
Interesting shops, terrace cafés, bars and some of the best restaurants the Valle Gran Rey has to offer are also close by.
