The two-story house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and multiple terraces. A spiral staircase connects both floors.

A path runs from the street through some fields and past high palm trees to the holiday home. The small terrace at the home’s entrance offers a magnificent view of the ocean.

Guests of Casa Las Malecitas are welcome to use free WiFi internet.

Modern & unique for four guests

The front door opens directly onto the modern, colourful kitchen with a wooden ceiling on the upper floor of the Casa Las Malecitas.

Anyone looking to cook will enjoy the well-equipped kitchen: a four-hob cooker with oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dining table, and a sink with a sea view.

Two bedrooms & two bathrooms

In addition to the kitchen, the upper floor houses a small bedroom with a beautiful bathroom with shower. The home’s friendly owner built a stable wooden upper level with a 140/cm-wide bed. The lower part of the room has a wardrobe and a small reading corner with a chair and small table.

A small spiral staircase leads down to the holiday home’s lower level, where you will find a large bedroom with another shower room.

Decorated as cheerfully as the other rooms, this bedroom has two beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

It has direct access to another terrace overlooking the lush landscape.

Barbeque fans are in for a treat: the house has a large walled barbeque area with a workspace and sink.

Just a short walk to the beach Playa de Valle Gran Rey

Following the street down to La Playa, the Casa Las Malecitas’ guests can be at the main beach Playa de Valle Gran Rey in about three minutes. The holiday home is only about 200 metres away from the popular beach promenade where you can enjoy a multitude of shops and terrace cafés.
