El Cedro Tour

To begin, we bike from the Laguna Grande on the road towards Hermigua. After this magnificent, curving descent, a forest trail begins, which goes directly into the rainforest.

The last year-round stream on Gomera flows here, the Cedro-stream.

Ancient Laurel forest

Traversing ten kilometres of forest pistes, the tour continues through the impressive ancient laurel forest. Finally, we roll down through the gentle and fertile valley of La Meriga and La Palmita.

Agulo – the most beautiful village on the island

We take a small detour here to a viewpoint, which has a magnificent view of the romantically located village of Agulo and the rugged north coast.

Visitor’s center

After a short break at the island museum (Visitor’s Centre Juego de Bola) the 10 kilometre long climb along quiet roads begins.

Once we have reached the top, we will recharge our batteries at the Laguna Grande in the middle of the national park.

Descent into Valle Gran Rey

As a final reward, we roll down the long descent into the Valle Gran Rey in the island’s south west.
