Whale Watching Tour

The chances of seeing different marine creatures during a whale-watching tour with Excursiones Tina are high. Dolphins often play along La Gomera’s coastline; whales swim farther out.

On our trips, we often see large porpoises, spotted dolphins, striped dolphins, rough-toothed dolphins and pilot whales.
Sperm whales, Bryde’s whales, and beaked whales have also been spotted on the Excursiones Tina whale-watching excursions.

Whales & dolphins off La Gomera

Of course, we can’t guarantee that we’ll see anything – but it’s a good thing that whales and dolphins live freely off of the coast of La Gomera.

The Tina’s captain, Jose Miguel, sails under a certified blue flag.

Excursiones Tina is a licenced operator on the Canary Islands, because responsible whale and dolphin watching is of great importance.

Awarded the certificate by the Europarc Federation, they conduct tours in accordance with the European Charta for sustainable tourism in protected areas.

Whale watching with a swim stop

Our tours are of 3 to 4 hours duration including a swim stop in a beautiful bay at the coast.

After the whale watching, we’ll anchor in an idyllic bay where you can swim and snorkel and discover other marine creatures.

Tapas & sangria

During the swim stop we will spoil you with traditional tapas and sangria, as well as water of course.
