Vueltas
Vueltas, the protected port of Valle Gran Rey, where bright fishing boats and sailing yachts bob in the water, lies at the foot of steep cliff faces. Rustic bars, restaurants and colourful shops and apartments bring life to the old district of Vueltas.
The layout of the place is somewhat chaotic, with its many lanes and stairways. These windy paths are what give the town its charm.
Meeting people is easy in cafes, out shopping or in the many supermercados. And of course, there are plenty of places to
spend the evening.
Nightlife in Vueltas
Many bars guarantee a colourful nightlife well into the morning hours.
Whether in the Cacatua bar, in the Yesca or the Tasca, you can hear hot rhythms, have cool drinks and meet new friends.
Maritime Flair
To watch the fishermen coming in with their catches, it is best to find a spot to sit in the harbour bar on the jetty. This offers the perfect chance to experience the local’s mentality close up.
Boat Trips & Whale Watching
In the harbour, many ships and boats are anchored, waiting to offer tours and excursions out to sea and to Los Organos, as well as to go whale watching.
You can book directly with the Club de Mar from Capitano Claudio on the main alley in Vueltas or directly on the jetty in Vueltas.
