The meditative centre is located in a quiet lane in Vueltas in the Valle Gran Rey. Anyone wishing to learn about meditation techniques, by taking part in single sessions or courses, will find the ideal place to do so here.

Let go, relax, recharge, encounter, discover, play, celebrate and meditate. Here you have the space and the time to find yourself.

Only five minutes from the ocean, the Casa Blanca offers:

• Daily meditation at 7pm, getting to know (QLB, Za Zen, Qi Gong, Osho Meditation, Chakrasound, AYAM)
• Single session in Reiki (*)
• Reikicourse in I/ II / III grades on request (*)
• Single sessions on the topic of new beginnings
• Trial lessons in Qi Gong
• Trial lessons in Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement)
• Reiki exchange in groups, every second Wednesday in the month, 3-6pm for all Reiki grades
• An afternoon for women, on request

• Qi Gong –Course „Turtle and Snake“ “ for 8x, on request
• Innerheart journey to La Gomera
  Trance journeys into the heart, individually accompanied for 5 or 10 days.
• Reiki-Retreat with Gyan in Casa Blanca
