Aqua wellness connects elements from gentle stretching exercises, massage, joint mobilisation, energy and breathing work, in an unique was above and below water.

The pool where we will be, is near the ocean, so that you can still hear the waves lapping against the shore.
The protective surroundings of red vulcanic rocks, the green papaya and mango trees, plunge the pool into a turquoise colour.
The course lasts for four afternoons in the warm water pool and can be combined with an Ocean week.
