The daily programme includes meditations or yoga and throughout the year we offer seminars workshops and retreats.
Meditations
7.00 – 8.00, 8.00 – 9.00 and 16.00 – 17.00
Offered are a variety of silent and active meditations which change weekly. (For more information phone the reception)
Meditations include:
Vipassana, Dynamic, Quantum Light Breath, Kundalini, Heart Chakra, Dance and Yoga and others….
Courses – Groups - Seminars
Throughout the year various courses, seminars and trainings take place.
The seminar-room is a 100 square metre hexagonal hall with glass all around and a wooden floor situated in a lush garden.
The programme ranges from yoga holidays to Tantra seminars to dance workshops to massage trainings to Satsangs and retreats with teachers of various traditions.
