Thanks to their developing Permaculture project the former mango- and banana plantation is transforming into a lush flowering garden which enchants with its variety of species, ponds and hidden places.
Three vegetarian meals
Bananas, mangos, papayas, maracujas and avocados, lettuce and various vegetables come directly from an organic garden to the buffet.
Three times a day the kitchen spoils you with its creative vegetarian cuisine. The meals are taken by the pool under the shade of a gigantic rubber tree or on the terrace with a majestic sea view.
