Casa Las Dunas was renovated at the end of 2013 and is a comfortable mixture of traditional and modern furnishings in a quiet location.
Ground-floor accommodation in the Valle Gran Rey
The easily accessible holiday home has high ceilings and a good distribution: The inviting entranceway with coatrack leads to an open saloon with a large dining table.
A window front looks out to the Casa Las Dunas’ patio where the German-Gomerian family owners have added a comfortable seating area to relax in.
An open passageway leads from the saloon into the kitchen area with a well-equipped kitchenette.
The kitchen has everything holidaymakers need, from an oven, to a juicer, and a microwave.
Modern furnishings for up to five people
The modern living room can be reached through an open passageway and has a comfortable sofa bed. Guests can enjoy SMART TV here with English, German and Spanish channels.
Guests also have free Internet/Wi-Fi access in Casa Las Dunas.
Both of the holiday home’s bedrooms are to the front of the saloon.
One of the bedrooms has two comfortable single beds. A small stairway leads up to the second bedroom with a large double bed.
The owners are happy to add a children’s bed upon request.
Casa Las Duna’s large bathroom is modern and comfortable.
The holiday home also has a roof terrace that can be accessed via stairs.
Holiday home in La Playa near the beach
The main beach, Playa de Valle Gran Rey, is only 60 metres away. The dunes of Playa del Ingles are also only a few minutes’ walk away.
The holiday home Casa Las Dunas is comfortably close to many shops, cafés and some of the best restaurants in the Valle Gran Rey.
